Meet the dedicated team committed to providing compassionate in home care to seniors across the North Shore community.
Caitlyn joined the Home Instead family in 2010 as an Administrative Assistance in New Hampshire, where she spent ten years learning all aspects of the business, culminating in her appointment as the Executive Director. She is forever grateful for the opportunity to learn the business and see the direct impact our services have on families. This opportunity cemented her decision to become a Franchise Owner. On October 1, 2019, Caitlyn became the Franchise Owner of Home Instead offices covering the North Shore and Essex County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She and her team reap the satisfaction of helping to improve the lives of clients and their families.
Prior to joining the Home Instead network, Caitlyn worked for a family law attorney while attending the University of New Hampshire, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world and exploring new places. She lives with her 2 fur babies – 1 dogs and 1 cat – in the area where she grew up.
Yahaira joined our team in July 2021 as our Client Service Manager after years in the industry. She is responsible for coordinating our client and employee schedules, creating and maintaining relationships within the community and supporting our field staff. Prior to joining our team, she worked for other home care providers in the area to help support families who need care and employ individuals who excel at providing the care needed.
Yahaira attended Northern Essex Community College and participated in the Medical Assistance & Phlebotomy program. She started in the home care industry as a Personal Care Assistant and then transitioned into the office as a scheduler. She continued her professional growth in the industry working her way up to a manager.
When you meet Yahaira you will quickly learn that she strongly believes that home care provides individuals a better quality of life rather than a nursing home.
When Yahaira isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family (her kids Zeek & Yari) and taking family trips to Florida. She loves to dance Bachata, and her favorite color is yellow.
Ashley has been working with Home Instead since November 2021. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience, most recently spending six years as a Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator at a local hospital.
Ashley knows what it takes to provide exceptional care, and she is proud to be bringing that experience into her new role. Ashley strives to achieve an optimal experience for both clients and Caregivers by scheduling the best matches based on several criteria.
In February 2023, Ashley transitioned into her new role of Client Care Coordinator which is attributed to her hard work and dedication to our clients in the community.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as the most spoiled cat ever, Weezy. She also enjoys going to the gym, crafting and discovering new restaurants with her fiancé, Jon.
As our Service Coordinator, Maria is responsible for matching the appropriate Care Professional and Client based on the client’s needs and compatibility. She strives to keep schedules booked ahead of time with continuity. Due to all moving parts and pieces that are required when scheduling, Maria ensures she is continually communicating with our Care Providers, Clients and Families.
Most of her professional background has been managing companies in different areas such as accounting and Human Resources. Maria enjoys cooking, gardening and dancing. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, loves to have long conversations and enjoys reading a great book.

Lily graduated from Framingham State University in 2020 earning her Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic Design and minor in Business Administration.
In her spare time Lily enjoys baking, cooking, and creating a cozy space in her new home. She loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially her fur nephew Mako. You can always catch Lily snapping photos of pretty sunsets, thrift shopping and enjoying a good concert.
